PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Hydrophilic PES Disc Filter for Water-based coating particle control and Water-based chemical particle control. Its construction, retention rating and operating limits are the same as the base model PT63KPDFBRS.

If you are considering this product for Water-based coating particle control and Water-based chemical particle control, confirm process-fluid compatibility, retention rating, operating conditions and any sterilization or sanitization requirements before ordering.

The hydrophilic PES membrane wets directly with water and provides a compact, low-hold-up filtration path for small and medium liquid batches. It is suitable for buffers, media, diagnostics, beverages, water-based chemicals and fermentation intermediates.

This product is positioned for clarification and bioburden reduction, not as a validated final sterilizing filter. Colloids, aggregates and deformable solids may shorten service life and should be controlled upstream.
